Vienna (Austrian Airlines)
Flights to Vienna operate every day, with two departures at 06:10 and 14:40. Return flights arrive at 13:55 and 23:20. Rome (Wizz Air Malta)
The flight to Rome departs every day at 15:55 and takes around one hour and 45 minutes. Rome for a three-day break is a classic, particularly for visitors who have not yet seen the Vatican, the Colosseum or Trastevere.
Bergamo, gateway to Milan (Ryanair)

Paris Beauvais (Ryanair)

Paris Orly (Transavia France)
The direct Sarajevo to Paris Orly route, which is considerably closer to the city centre than Beauvais, flies on Mondays and Fridays at 12:30. Leave Sarajevo on Friday, three days in Paris, return on Monday. An ideal weekend trip schedule.
Brussels Charleroi (Ryanair)
Ryanair flies to Charleroi every day at 10:10. The flight takes around two hours and Charleroi is an hour from Brussels by bus. Three to four days in Brussels is more than enough for a city that has more museums per capita than almost anywhere else in Europe.
London (seasonal)
London is available on a direct flight from Sarajevo with two departures a day at 10:55 and 11:15. The flight takes around three hours. A three-day visit to London, leaving Friday and returning Monday, is an excellent option, particularly when tickets are available at reasonable prices.
Barcelona Girona (Ryanair)
Ryanair flies to Girona every day at 22:05. The flight takes around two hours and Girona is an hour from central Barcelona by bus. A late Friday evening flight, three days in Barcelona, return on Monday. A classic weekend city break.
Berlin (Eurowings, Saturdays only)
Berlin is available on Saturdays at 08:50. This is specifically a Saturday flight, making it ideal for a Saturday to Monday or Saturday to Tuesday trip. Berlin as a destination needs no introduction.
Thessaloniki (Ryanair)
Ryanair flies to Thessaloniki every day at 19:25. The flight takes around an hour and a half. Thessaloniki is one of the most attractive short-break destinations from Sarajevo, with great food, history, seaside and affordable prices. Three days is enough to cover the city and its surroundings.
Stuttgart, Cologne, Munich (Eurowings, Ryanair)
Eurowings flies to Stuttgart every day at 08:05, to Cologne at 21:40, and Ryanair flies to Memmingen (the airport for Munich) every day at 12:25. These destinations are particularly popular among the diaspora for weekend visits to family or friends.
Zagreb (Croatia Airlines)
Zagreb is available every day except Saturday with two departures at 06:30 and 16:15. The flight takes just 45 minutes. Zagreb for a three-day break offers a rich cultural programme, excellent restaurants and a lively scene. And the connection back is equally straightforward.
How Much Does Parking Cost for a Three-Day Trip
This is the key question. Let's work it out concretely.
